Venue contracts can be complex and it’s our role to thoroughly check the contract to ensure that our clients receive the best value, support and offer from venues.
Our involvement with the venue does not end once it’s booked. As part of our service we manage all communication with the venue’s onsite team to ensure that all catering, room requirements, AV, and logistics are compatible with the event program and that everything is running to schedule. We apply this same approach to other third party suppliers including AV and production, theming, catering and entertainment.
